¿Cuál es el coste de envío?
Los costes de envío varían en función del lugar de entrega, para las distintas zonas y son calculados automáticamente en función del volumen y el peso. Puedes ver los costes de envío una vez hayas elegido tus productos clickando en el carrito de la compra y eligiendo la zona de envío.
Es posible que durante períodos promocionales los gastos de envío sean gratuitos, estas y otras promociones se indicarán de forma clara en nuestra tienda online. Recuerda que si te suscribes a nuestra newsletter, además, disfrutarás de estas y otras ventajas de forma exclusiva cuando estén activas.
¿Cómo se realizan los envíos?
Las entregas se realizarán desde España. Una vez se haya enviado el pedido te informaremos por email.
Para evitar incidencias en la entrega (direcciones erróneas, no hay nadie en el domicilio), es obligatorio que indiques un número de teléfono válido.
RECUERDA que no se hacen envíos a Apartados Postales, por ello es necesario que nos detalles la dirección exacta de entrega.
¿Cuál es plazo de entrega?
Una vez que el pedido sale de nuestro almacén el plazo de entrega estimado en España es de 3-10 días laborables y de 10-15 para el resto del mundo.
No realizamos entregas parciales de los pedidos, en caso de no disponer de algún producto del pedido esperaremos a tener la totalidad del mismo para proceder a su envío y te informaremos de esta situación
¿Cómo puedo pagar mi compra?
Puede efectuar el pago con Paypal o con tu tarjeta de crédito introduciendo tus datos y sin necesidad de tener una cuenta Paypal, de forma que puedes realizar tu compra con Su-Shi de una forma segura.
El importe de tu pedido quedará cargado y descontado de tú tarjeta en el momento que confirmes la compra.
Recuerda que hasta que no hagas el pago de la compra, tu pedido no esta confirmado y, por tanto, los productos elegidos no están reservados.
Con el objetivo de dar la máxima seguridad al proceso de compra, utilizamos un sitema de "pago seguro" gestionado por Paypal, que garantiza la comunicación directa del cliente con la entidad al realizar el pago. De esta forma nadie puede tener acceso a los datos de tú tarjeta.

How can I pay?
You can pay by Paypal or by credit card introducing your information, not being necessary having a Paypal account.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide and we are still working to introduce all areas. Please if your country don't appear already please send us an e-mail telling us the address ant the items you are interested into purchase and we will arrage it as soon as possible.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost depends on the area and they are automatically calculated depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. You can see the cost once you have choosen the products and clicking in the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area.
Notice that only the complete value of the shipping of your first item is charged, for the second and following items you will have a discounto between the 40-50%.
When I will receive my parcel?
Once your order leaves our headquarters, the estimated delivery time is from 5-10 days for Europe and 10-15 for the rest of the world.
Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
How can I cancel my order?
Once you confirm your order we can not cancel it, so please check your shopping cart before check out.
Is it possible to exchange the size or color of my received items?
Of course, we guarantee the exchange of any item purchased on Su-Shi-Shop.com that you are not completely happy with within 15 days of receipt. You can exchange it by another size or color.
For the exchange please check the following points:
- The product can not be worn or damage.
- It must be shipped in the same conditions in what it was received, with all the tags intact and original packaging.
- Must be in our offices within 15 days of receipt
To ask for an exchange please contact with us in our contact form, filling in the order number and your name, the reason of the exchange and the color or size that you want to check and inform you about the availability.
Please send us the item in it is original packaging and including all the tags and documents included.Notice that you will be responsible of the cost of the return. We will not accept any parcel by cash on rewards.

After checking the item we will let you know if you have right to the exchange that will be made as soon as possible.
We will not exchange those items that are not in the same conditions than in what were received, or that have been used.
Once we have checked that the item follows our conditions, previously mentioned, we will proceed to send you the new size or color, charging you the shipping cost or using a cash on rewards service.
We can only accept items purchased in our online store.
For hygienic we will not accept any exchanges or returns in jewellery.
How can I return my order?
We only accept returns in case of manufacturing fault.
In the case you consider in the moment of the reception of your order any item has any manufactoring fault, contact us inmediatly using our contact form, informing us about the fault. (We inform you that every item follows our quality controlchecking, being checked again before sending it to avoid these kind of situations).
You will have to return the item to the address we will let you know within 15 days of receipt. We will check carefully the returned item and we will inform you by e-mail if you have right to a substituition. If proceed, you will receive a new item free of faults with no charge. You will only receive a refund in case we don't have more stock of the faulty item.
Please send us the item in it is original packaging and including all the tags and documents included.Notice that you will be responsible of the cost of the return.
